THE VISION
GATEWAY TO
LITTLEHAMPTON
The proposal for Hampton Quay references its historic use providing a gateway into Littlehampton by river and road with a new high quality, mixed use riverside development. It will provide public access to the river alongside new homes, moorings for leisure craft.
The development will embrace a holistic design approach, that incorporates improvements in biodiversity, habitat, water quality, flood resilience, sustainable homes, adaptation to climate change, new cycle and riverside walks, and a new water ferry stop with links to Littlehampton and Arundel.
