THE VISION
GATEWAY TO
LITTLEHAMPTON
The proposal for Hampton Quay references its historic use providing a gateway into Littlehampton by river and road with a new high quality, mixed use riverside development. It will provide public access to the river alongside new homes, moorings for leisure craft.
The development will take a holistic design approach, incorporating enhancements in biodiversity, habitat, water quality, flood resilience, sustainable housing, climate change adaptation, and the creation of new riverside and cycle paths. It will also provide public access to the river from both Arundel and Littlehampton town centres.
Residents and visitors will be able to use the river as a route to access town centre amenities.
